The terms
- 90-day trial. Return window begins on the day your trumpet is delivered.
- Original condition. The trumpet must be returned in its original case with no wear or damage.
- All accessories included. Everything that shipped with your trumpet must be returned.
- Customer pays return shipping. Return shipping is your responsibility.
- 5% cleaning and restocking fee. Deducted from your refund.
- Refunds within 10 business days of receipt. Issued to the original payment method.
How to start a return
- Email info@bellarabrass.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
- Pack the trumpet in its original case with all accessories and ship it back using the RMA.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 10 business days.
